Directions

Living Memorial Park is located on Guilford Street in Brattleboro.  From I-91, use exit 2 to Route 9 (Western Avenue). Travel west on Rt. 9 approximately ¼ mile to the Creamery Covered Bridge.  Cross this bridge to Guilford Street.  The ski hill is on the right.

THE RULES

Ticket holders must use either snowboards or skis that are firmly attached to their feet. While on the T-Bar, stay directly under the lift line and release the T-Bar while under the lift line. Ask for instructions if this is your first time on this type of a lift. As you speed down the hill stay to the left of the markers. The right side is reserved for sliders. Have fun.

Options and Amenities for our Customers

Across the drive from the base station in the summer pool building is a warming room and bathrooms.  We unlock the room when the hill opens each day.  Just ask us for directions or if you find it still locked.  This is a good place to put on your boots on a cold day.

On the next level up from the base station is an indoor ice skating rink operated by the Parks and Recreation Department.  You can find info on the ice rink here.  They also sell snacks and drinks in the ice rink lobby that you may take advantage of while here skiing.

The Town owns a fairly large track of land above the ice rink and westerly of the ski hill.  This is all open for x-country skiing or snow shoeing.  None of this is groomed trails, just backcountry use.  Here is a link to a rough map of the land the Town owns.

Many days when you ski or ride we have ski patrol on duty.  When they are not able to be here, Rescue Inc. is located only a mile away.  Fortunately injuries are very rare.
